United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and the laws of the UAE shall govern the use of the Site.
We will not provide services to OFAC and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Customer using the website who are minor or under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

We take appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including however www.idiet.ae cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.

Payment & Refunds

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records.
All credit and debit cards details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
We will not pass any debit or credit card details to any third party.
Once you submit your payment, an order confirmation email will be sent to you immediately.
iDiet has a zero refund policy. However, if you wish to stop your package midway for any reason, you can either freeze to restart it later or transfer your credits to a friend by speaking with one of our customer service agents.

Delivery Policy

We deliver to all the UAE emirates free of charge.
You will be able to choose a time slot for your delivery once you create your address.
The driver will leave your bag at the doormat and you are kindly requested to leave the empty bag with the icepack at the doormat for collection on a daily basis.
We need 48 hours notice to process any change of delivery address.

Usage Regulations
